🌐 Customer Support & Onboarding Specialist (English-speaking, Remote)

Projects: TradeAdapter.com, AlgoRobots.com

Location: Remote.

Employment: Part-time or full-time

Language: Fluent English required

🔹 About the project:

TradeAdapter.com is a platform for algorithmic trading and strategy automation. We help traders and developers connect their strategies to crypto exchanges and manage trading logic with a unified, scalable solution.

We’re looking for a customer support and onboarding specialist who can ensure our users get the most out of our platform — by helping them get started, solving problems, and creating simple educational content.

🔹 Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer support inquiries (Telegram, email, Service desk system)
  • Guide users through setting up exchange integrations, bots, and platform features
  • Create short video tutorials (screen recordings with Ai voiceover) for new features
  • Update and expand our knowledge base and user documentation
  • Gather feedback from users and report common issues to the dev team

🔹 Requirements:

  • Fluent English (spoken and written) — main communication language with customers. Internal company language is Russian / English.
  • Good communication skills: clear, friendly, and technically precise
  • Ability to quickly understand technical workflows (bots, APIs, trading platforms)
  • Comfortable recording short screencasts (e.g. Loom, OBS)
  • Self-driven and responsible

🔹 Nice to have:

  • Experience in trading, fintech, crypto exchanges, MetaTrader, or algo trading tools
  • Prior work in SaaS onboarding, customer success, or technical support
  • Russian language (for team communication or internal notes)
