ByBit – “position idx not match position mode”
Issue caused by “Hedge Mode” enabled on your account. Please switch to “One Way” mode. We suggest to use sub-accounts to distribute hedging strategies.
1. Open the Bybit APP and enter [Derivatives].
2. Click and enter [Preferences] setting.
3. Select [Position Mode].
4. Set [Hedge Mode], and then click [confirm].
