TradeAdapter.com – Troubleshooting Guide


If you trades are not executed on the Broker side please try the following steps to find the issue, and if it will not help, pleas contract TradeAdapter support team: https://tradeadapter.com/support

STEP 1. Please check that your TradingView Strategy is working.

Go to the Strategy Tester tab page and check that your Strategy Showing some backtesting results.

STEP 2. Check MyTrades page: https://tradeadapter.com/my_trades

You might have some Error in the Broker response, which need to be addressed. Please follow suggestion for the known errors or contract Support team if you do not know how to resolve that error.

If the MyTrades is empty, means Alerts from your TradingView strategy did not reach TradeAdapter. Let’s find why..

STEP 3. Check that you was following exact setup steps for your broker https://tradeadapter.com/instructions

Please double check Message Format and WebHook URL. Please note that step steps for Brokers could be different.

If you still have an issue let’s check if Alerts where generated correctly and sent from TradingView

STEP 4. Please check that Alerts Log to see what exactly and where was sent by your TradingView Strategy. Please go to Alarm and Check recent records of Alarm Logs
