Binance: “Filter failure: NOTIONAL”
Error happened because your Order Size is less then Minimal Order Size supported by Binance for your traded Symbol. You can find Minimal Order Size for all supported symbols by the following link in the column “Min Notional Allowed“:

Binance Spot and Margin: https://tradeadapter.com/binance_symbols_spot
